Refund policy
At Opah swim, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to exchange the size of your garment, we are here to assist you. Please take note of our policy outlined below:
We do not offer any kind of Returns or Refunds due to hygiene purposes.
Currently, we only offer size exchanges for all our garments. If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, we’ll be happy to exchange it for the correct size.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange, you can contact us at contactus@opahswim.com. If and when your exchange is accepted, we will further provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exemptions/ Non- returnable item
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged with other products, like intimate wear (underwear, bikini, monokini, tankini, bandeaukini, lingerie, bra & caftans), custom products (such as special orders or personalised/customised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Only minor size variations will be entertained.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on swimming costumes. If you are not sure which size would fit you best, please feel free to discuss it with us anytime & then place an order.
Shipping Exchanges
To exchange your product, kindly reach out to us at contactus@opahswim.com. Once you have made an exchange request to us, we will provide you information regarding the next steps you need to take.
After we successfully receive the item that needs to be exchanged, there will be a quality check for the same. After successfully passing the quality check, we will immediately start preparing your new garment for you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
