Shipping Exchanges

To exchange your product, kindly reach out to us at contactus@opahswim.com. Once you have made an exchange request to us, we will provide you information regarding the next steps you need to take. 

After we successfully receive the item that needs to be exchanged, there will be a quality check for the same. After successfully passing the quality check, we will immediately start preparing your new garment for you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

1) Hand-wash your swimwear in fresh, cold water with a gentle cleanser as soon as possible after wearing.

2) Hang or lay your pieces flat on a clean surface in the shade immediately after rinsing

3) Ensure your swimwear is completely dry before storing it away

4) Please be mindful that exposure to sun cream, tanning lotion, and excessive chlorine may damage or discolour your swimwear

5) Avoid rough surfaces to prevent pilling and snagging

Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. We use DHL express with 3 days delivery time.

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.

If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
